Kate Hudson And Armstrong Split?....

Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong have split, according to online reports.

The pair has been linked since they were snapped kissing and cuddling during a party at the Cannes International Film Festival in France in May (08).

They further fuelled rumours of a romance after they spent Father's Day in the U.S. together last month (Jun08) with their kids from previous relationships.

Hudson was also spotted introducing the cyclist to her actress mum Goldie Hawn at a California restaurant earlier this month (Jul08).

However, according to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, the couple has decided to call it quits.

It's not the first celebrity relationship that has ended for the duo - Hudson split from actor Owen Wilson in May (08), while Armstrong was previously engaged to singer Sheryl Crow.

Meanwhile the Hollywood actress Kate Hudson has urged all businesses to provide childcare facilities for employees - insisting women should have the opportunity to balance work with raising a family.

Hudson has a four-year-old son Ryder from her marriage to Chris Robinson, and she is able to carry on working by bringing the youngster onto her film sets.

But the Almost Famous star fears that most women are not so lucky - and the rules should be changed to give mothers access to daycare facilities at work.

She says, "I'm so lucky to have care for my child at work. It's hard when you have kids and you're working. I want to go to every big corporation and say, 'You must have daycare!'.

"When I go to work I get to bring my son, but not all working mothers do and I don't know how they do it".
