Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil wants a divorce.
The 'Back to Black' singer's father Mitch claims Blake - currently on remand at London's Pentonville Prison on charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice and grievous bodily harm (GBH) - is under pressure from his mother Georgette to sever all ties with Amy.
Mitch said in an interview with Grazia magazine: "Blake threatened to issue divorce proceedings when they were having a row.
"Unfortunately, Blake is influenced by things his mother has said. I think Georgette wants them to divorce, but it's up to them. From Amy's point of view, she would stick by him not matter what.
"But he has said things like, 'I want a divorce'."
Earlier this month, the 24-year-old singer enjoyed a Caribbean holiday with music manager and ex-boyfriend George Roberts, much to the displeasure of Blake.
Georgette recently said: "Amy's husband is in jail and she's cavorting with an old boyfriend. What's she playing at?"
